Scott has committed so many drunken crimes that he's been burdened with a medal for drunkenness. No one will serve him until he's paid back his debts and been freed, but that hasn't stopped him from trying. Unfortunately for him, life has a funny way of swindling drinks away at the last second. He's not very happy about his forced sobriety.
