Scott has committed so many inebriated crimes that he's been saddled with a medal for drunkenness. No one will serve him as long as it sits around his neck, but that hasn't stopped him from trying. Much to his dismay, life has a funny way of swindling drinks away at the last second. He's not very happy about his forced sobriety.
